this is much better and more fun if you shoot tethered to a lap top then you can use the larger screen to focus and fire the shutter without shaking the camera!

You can take photos through a telescope, yes, but you don't have live view, so you'd need to focus through the viewfinder.

There's something called a zigview which can clip to the viewfinder and basically films it for an LCD scren. It's not suitable for the astro work shown here though. But first, are you sure you've adjusted the viewfinder diopter dial for your eyes? Check your manual for details, and if you have any other Qs, feel free to post on the cameralabs forums!

I only have a 400d (digital rebel xti) but was wondering if you knew if there was any type of external LCD screen for it.... my eyes go all blurry after using the view finder its annoying.
