It was meant to be rediculious. duh
All bullshit asside City Bank was asked by a "journalist" why their leadership was making such bad decisions and they didn't have an answer so they did an internal investigation and discovered that Bank managers whom failed miserably at their job were 95% of the time promoted instead of fired because it was more cost effective then having to search for a new employee.
This police officer will be rehired, and it wouldn't surprise me if he were promoted.

This guy will be promoted, if all goes as planned the police officer in question should be running for President in 2016, handeling an affair with Palin aswell as mannaging the US bankruptcy by 2020, and chairman of the world bank by 2024. He's definately on the right track.
This mans got the DemoIndipendantRepublic party written all over him.
