To be honest, I have never zoomed whilst using a camera's video mode - when youre watching it back it tends to make the viewer feel quite sick - like if you pan around too much.

The FX35 has a 4x optical zoom as you may have already figured out (also pointed out by the reviewer here). What's disappointing only is that there is no zoom (not even digital zoom!!) available when shooting video with this thing. On the other side, it's got HD-recording which is pretty neat, I'd say.

Plus, i gotta sell my Finepix s5700, fugifilm 7.1MP, because its too big, but im wondering who is the best camera, i read theres not even a zoom for the fx35...

I was wondering:
How does this camera does it job in dark spaces like: clubs, bars etc. where i want to make photo's of me and my friends. Do i get very white faces with it? because the flash can't be adjusted?
Do you recommend this camera for this or another camera?
